Pond-Side Sound Bath with Horses Nearby at Silverbrook Farm

Escape the pace of the week and come home to yourself. Silverbrook Farm invites you to join us for a single evening outdoor sound bath — a deeply restorative experience set beside the farm’s peaceful pond, with horses grazing softly in the fields nearby.

As the sun begins its descent, you’ll settle into stillness while the resonant tones of singing bowls blend with the gentle soundtrack nature provides — birdsong, a light breeze, the quiet lapping of water from the pond, and the calm presence of horses close by. Together, they carry you somewhere deeply restful, releasing the tension of the week and restoring a sense of calm that stays with you long after you leave.

Arrive a few minutes early with a yoga mat or blanket and something warm to layer as the evening cools. Settle in at the water’s edge, close your eyes, and let the layered sounds carry you into deep rest. No experience necessary. This is for everyone.

Sessions are held outdoors. Should the weather call for it, we move inside to the Luna Lounge — a warm, intimate space that keeps the magic fully intact.
