Wednesday Night Sound Bath at Silverbrook Farm – Tottenham, Ontario

Escape the pace of the week and come home to yourself. On certain Wednesday evenings (2 in July and 2 in August), Silverbrook Farm opens its peaceful grounds for a 60-minute outdoor sound bath — a deeply restorative experience nestled in the countryside of Tottenham, Ontario, with horses grazing nearby and the soft sounds of a pond at the water’s edge.

As the sun begins its descent, you’ll settle into stillness while the resonant tones of singing bowls blend with the gentle soundtrack nature provides — birdsong, a light breeze, the quiet lapping of water from the pond close by. Together, they carry you somewhere deeply restful, releasing the tension of the week and restoring a sense of calm that stays with you long after you leave.

Full series (all 4 sessions): $135 early bird until June 20, then $150
Single session: $45 — register individually for any date

Arrive a few minutes early with a yoga mat or blanket and something warm to layer as the evening cools. Settle in at the water’s edge, close your eyes, and let the layered sounds — bowls, nature, and the quiet ripple of the pond — carry you into deep rest. No experience necessary. This is for everyone.

Sessions are held outdoors. Should the weather call for it, we move inside to the Luna Lounge — a warm, intimate space that keeps the magic fully intact.
